How many photos do I upload
You should ideally upload 10 ~ 25 photos. If you do not upload enough photos then the AI artists cannot do their job. All photos must be of the same person (or couple, or pet). So just one person (or pet or couple) in all the photos. You should not use photos that have other people in them because it otherwise they might be included in the end results, and also give very unexpected results
How many different portrait styles can I select?
You can pick up to 8 different portrait styles for each order. Remember, not every image in every style will be perfect (because AI can sometimes generate random results), so we recommend picking a variety of styles.
How do I upload my photos?
On the photo upload screen, you just select your photos from your phone or laptop and click upload. You will see the progress of your uploads on screen and you can delete any photos that you do not want to include.
How long does it take to get my portraits?
You’ll get an email within 72 hours with a link to download your portraits.
How will you send my portraits?
We’ll send you an email with a link where you can access your portraits. You will need to login to your account to download your portraits
Can I make child portraits (under 18s)?
No. Do NOT upload photos of children to our platform. It’s against our Terms of Service (and it may be unlawful). You must be over 18 to use our platform and you must not upload photos of anyone under 18. If you ignore this warning and upload photos of children, we will be forced to report it to the authorities as required by CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) regulations.
Are there restrictions on what photos I can upload?
Please see our Photo Guidelines for more info, but you must not upload nudes or underwear or swimwear shots, or photos of children and you must not upload anything that is offensive, or harmful or discriminatory.
What photo file formats do you accept
You can upload jpg or png files. Higher quality photos that you upload will give you higher quality portraits.
What will you do with my photos?
We only use your original photos to train the AI model to create your images. We do not use your photos for anything else. Once we have trained your AI model, we delete your photos within 30 days (but we keep your AI model for as long as you have an account, in case you want to make more portraits). When you close your account, we delete your AI model.
